Being an Administrator[Igliwat an wikitext]
An administrator is a user who has special technical capabilities not available to everyone such as deleting a page, banning nuisance users and protecting pages, etc. These special capabilities were once available to everybody. For more information on being an administrator, please click here.
In a given project such as Waray Wikipedia (warwiki or warwp) , a bureaucrat is supposedly in-charge of giving that special access. But since we do not have a bureaucrat here, you may request directly from the stewards at meta if you are interested to become an administrator or sysop.
The requirement to become an administrator depends on the on-line community, but as of now, Warwp does not have rules and regulations on this yet. It is safe to say that you will need the trust of the community to become and remain one.
There are times that warwiki needs to build consensus to decide on certain matters. Please take note that the vote of an administrator does not carry heavier weight than that of a regular user.
