I do not know how to program a bot and i would appreciate assistance from you and your friend. The {{maupay}} contains who to ask for help (e.g. request for translation to waray-waray) in case the addressee needs it. Obviously, a bot may not be able to respond to this concern properly, so it is also important that the my username (or other waray-waray wikipedians) be included as part of the message.
