My fellow Waray-Waray Wikipedians, I am requesting from your community today to join in helping towards the establishment and development of Wikimedia Philippines, the Philippine chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation. Mga bot

Hi, I'm the admin here. I have no problem granting bot status to many of the bot applicants here but I don't have bureaucrat powers. Bureucrats and Stewards have additional powers that admins don't have. My admin rights only permit me to protect, delete pages, block users and translate the interface. I'm unable to create additional admins or grant bot status. But thanks for bringing this up. Hopefully one of the stewards in meta who have access to most wikis can do it--they did it for some of the other bots. --Harvzs 01:48, 18 Abril 2009 (UTC)

The Statistics page can be found at Special:Mga Estadistika. It's actually accessible from the Main Page (Syahan nga Pakli) if you click on the number (in the opening paragraph in the main page where in Waray it says "mayda 5xxx nga artikulo"). Actually it's Silvonen that deserves the credit for implementing the bot policy. Translation Request of article about Austrian writer Klaus Ebner

Do not translate that article. Irina is a spammer and probably a sockpuppet of Klaus Ebner himself, and has been blocked at the English Wikipedia. See en:User:Irina Walter. She tries to market that non-notable author to every Wikipedia. Ignore her.

Foundation Images Policy

Hi everyone,
I am Yosri from Malay Wikipedia. Recently I was informed by certain parties that MS Wiki need to delete any images tagged as Non-Commercial under Foundation Licensing policy. After I have done some studies, I realised that Wikipedia Foundations is moving towards allowing commercialises all images, as such they are acting on behalf of commercial company to require all images loaded with tagging Non-Commercial in all Wiki Project to be removed, including those loaded in local Wiki. You are only allowed to licenses your images under "free content", which specifically allows commercial reuse, example GDLF 1.2. Certain images is exempted under a very narrow EDP ("exemption doctrine policy") definition. If you all already aware about this, please ignore this comment. Request for a Waray flag

Hello, I am making list of linguistic flags or similar symbols. It is here. For Waray-Waray language I found only flag (or seal) of Samar. However, I want to avoid statist seals, so I found this logo. Is anyone willing to create flag of Waray people or language? It can contain features from seal of Samar or AnWaray logo, but it must differ. The best format would be SVG. I miss flag for Bicolano too. I write here because Harvzs (talk) told me on this page that he is "unable to create any logo but maybe other members here can help". So I ask once more. Thank you.
